Sami Weathersby (she/her) is a NYC-based actor, singer, dancer, and writer.

Born and raised just outside Louisville, KY, Sami holds a BFA in Musical Theatre from Shenandoah University. Since graduating in 2020, Sami has worked in regional theatre, and on pre-production and developmental projects, her favorite being Stephen King & John Mellencamp's THE GHOST BROTHERS OF DARKLAND COUNTY. In 2022 and 2023, Sami traveled to Australia, New Zealand, Canada, and the South Pacific, performing with Celebrity Cruises. Sami plays the Appalachian mountain dulcimer, ukulele, and piano.

As a writer, Sami is working on a steadily growing catalog of original music and developing her first full-length musical. Sami also writes poetry.
